Satvik Agrawal – President
Having completed Bachelors from Les Roches, Switzerland, and masters in culinary from Le Cordon Bleu, he came back to India with a vision to provide high quality education to Indian students and make them career ready individuals globally. His prime focus has always been on leadership development and team building. With his Swiss education and international work experience, today he is successfully running a food processing unit, Global Gourmet.
Prachi Agrawal – Director
She is a dynamic and energetic facilitator. With a background in psychology and Swiss training in education administration, she believes in working with the cultures of her clients and is able to sensitively lead changes where appropriate.
Pradeep Chavan – Director, Business Development
He is a Chef by profession and in his hospitality career spanning over 20 years, he has worked and trained extensively both in India and overseas. He has successfully developed and maintained strong relationships with key industry partners, other industry associations, operators and trade partners.

Gautam Shastry - Dean
Over a 35 years career, he has managed people, departments, services, training and education across allied businesses. These include industries, hotels, restaurants and educational institutions. He regards integrity, continuous learning and a spirit to share knowledge, as his success mantras.
Srinath Achar - Principal
His fun loving attitude, positivity and dynamism brings in the same energy to his training sessions. In his booming career of 24 years, he has travelled across India and overseas. With combined experiences in the field of education and diverse hospitality businesses, he has broadened his perspectives as well as the knowledge base.
Robbie Mathew – Academic Head
An idealist and a humanitarian, he has an undying faith in general goodness of people. In 19 years of his professional career, imparting education and training professionals from diverse fields form a dominant part of his profile. His ability to listen and be impartial, are his core strengths. He believes in motivating people at the right time to enable them fulfill their potential.
