Training kitchen at JSHM is at a standard matching the best star - category hotel. As a student, you will work with the best equipments and food materials, as of a good quality hotel or restaurant. An introduction to all the major food groups, from breads to soups, vegetables, eggs, meat and poultry and delicious desserts and confections will be done under the supervision of our expert faculty. Classroom & Learning Facilities
Air-conditioned and spacious class rooms fully equipped with hi-tech audio-visual teaching aids such as LCD, DVD / TV, OHP. All students are required to obtain a personal laptop to facilitate e-learning, completing assignments and presenting research projects.

Students can read, research, study, relax and solve case studies in our elegant library, stocked with a volume of handpicked text books, national and international magazines and hospitality and tourism journals and internet facilities.
