JSHM Kitchen Facilities :
The training kitchen at JSHM is at a standard matching the best star - category hotel. As a student, you will work with the best equipments and food materials, that is expected of a good quality hotel or restaurant. Under the supervision of the faculty, you will get involved from your very first week in the kitchen. You will be introduced to all the major food groups from breads to soups, vegetables, eggs, meat and poultry and delicious desserts and confections. Welcome to the world of Culinary Arts!

Classroom & Learning Facilities :
JSHM provides air-conditioned and spacious class rooms fully equipped with hi-tech audio-visual teaching aids such as LCD, DVD / TV, OHP. All students are required to obtain a personal laptop to facilitate e-learning, completing assignments and presenting research projects.

Lodging & Boarding :
JSHM would assist in providing students with safe, clean and affordable accommodation and boarding, very close to the campus.
Although students will spend most of their time on-campus, we strongly believe that the living environment makes a lot of difference on one's performance, and so we have carefully selected these options. Please refer to our fees chart for detailed information

Dining at the Campus :
At JSHM, we provide lunch service and two coffee breaks. The student body becomes part of the production as well as service of the food. Our dedicated fine-dining training restaurant equipped with � la carte and buffet facilities becomes the venue for student meals on working days.

Library :
Students can read, research, study, relax and solve case studies in our elegant library, stocked with a volume of hand picked text books, national and international magazines and hospitality and tourism journals and internet facilities.
Internet : The school is fully wi-fi enabled and students can access the internet from any location on the campus.
