Our Alumni Jigar Tikkiwala was among the top three finishers in Salon Culinaire 2017 | Qatar Hospitality competition. ( Category :live cooking) . This is one of the toughest categories. A total of 270 chefs participated in this event.

Truffle chicken roulade with cranberry liver sauce, confit potatoes, shitaki mushrooms, brusell sprouts and baby carrots
