Hospitality industry is one of the most amazing professions allowing one to exploit and enhance his true creative and performance potential. With the industry expanding to encompass a wide spectrum of careers, it is no surprise that young students from all over the world desire to develop their expertise in the same. Students from India, in particular, are attracted to this industry due to its global character and constant growth worldwide. However, you need more than passion and a strong desire to build a successful career. The industry now demands a strong academic and technical foundation for a perfect equation.

Having been associated with the Swiss hospitality industry and education, I have come to believe that the Swiss courses are by far the best educational programs available in the world due to its emphasis on practical orientation. This not only adds value to the knowledge of the students but also develops self - confidence and leadership abilities. At JSHM, students get an opportunity to pursue the much-coveted Swiss Degree; Bachelor of International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management at the “CÉSAR RITZ”colleges, SWITZERLAND.

Learning at JSHM

Here at JSHM, we make teaching and learning a memorable experience for both the faculty and the students. For the benefit of the students, class hours are made interactive and interesting through various class activities, practical sessions and lectures.

The academic programs at JSHM are delivered by highly qualified and internationally trained faculty with extensive academic credentials and professional experience. Our faculty consists of a fine community of instructors from India and abroad who offer the students their expert knowledge as well as their passion for the hospitality industry.

Apart from conducting faculty development programs in the Institute for the benefit of our team members, they also undergo training programs every year outside to be in constant touch with the dynamic changes taking place in the hospitality and hotel management industry. We also invite professional experts to conduct sessions for the teachers, leading to the up-gradation of their skills and knowledge in a truly proactive and creative fashion.

Training kitchen at JSHM is at par with the best hotels in the industry.. As a student, you will work with the best equipments and food materials, as of a good quality hotel or restaurant. An introduction to all the major food groups, from breads to soups, vegetables, eggs, meat and poultry and delicious desserts and confections will be done under the supervision of our expert faculty.

Air-conditioned and spacious classrooms fully equipped with hi-tech audio-visual teaching aids such as LCD, DVD / TV, OHP etc. All students are required to obtain a personal laptop to facilitate e-learning, completing assignments and presenting research projects.
