JSHMites are rocking it in IET 2018

The students of Jindal School of Hotel Management are shining in their Industrial expose Training in 2018.

Some of their success stories have reached us and the same is shared to inspire all to keep aiming high. It is students like these who keep reminding us that we are on the right track to becoming the best hotel management college in India!

Star Performer: Shubhangi Gandhi
Hotel: Conrad Pune

Shubhangi has managed what no other Industrial trainee has ever done: A promotion as �Lifestyle Floor Ambassador� within 15 days of joining Conard, Pune.

 

Star Performer: Junaid Sable
Hotel: Novotel Mumbai, Juhu Beach

�Junaid was awarded the �Intern of the Month �Nov 2018� in the Food & Beverage Service department at the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. Congratulations to Junaid. We are sure that he has a great future in his chosen department of F&B Service.

Star Performer: Adamya Sawan
Hotel: The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

Adamya impressed his bakery chefs so much that he received a special certificate of appreciation from the Bakery department of The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur.

Hotel: The Leela Palace, Udaipur

�Yashvi and Yash are turning in consistent performances in every department. They recently made us proud by winning a competition conducted by the Housekeeping department� of The Leela Palace, Udaipur

 

Star Performer: Malav Desai
Hotel: Marriott Jaipur

�Malav showed proof of his people skills by managing to impress his customers at the Okra Restaurant of Hotel Marriott Jaipur. The guest mentioned Malav personally in the Tripadvisor review along with his appreciation for the buffet spread of the hotel.

Industrial Exposure training is an integral part of the 3-Year Hospitality Management Degree curriculum at Jindal School of Hotel Management. During this 22 week training, students train in four major departments of the hotel.

The IET program is designed to give students hands-on experience in various aspects of the hospitality industry, through our Industrial partners. The internship enables students to get familiar with the day-to-day operations, customer interactions and real-world dynamics that boosts their interpersonal skills and confidence levels.
