Festival of Navratri was celebrated in all its pomp and glory through Garba Night at JSHM. Traditional music and colorful attire complemented the ambience perfectly. Students gyrated to both traditional songs and modern innovations like Macarena / Salsa Garba. October 2017
Jindal school of Hotel management successfully conceptualized and created Healthy Recipes for our client “ Nutriva, Surat”. Separate original recipes were created for weight gain & weight loss. Some unique dishes created were Ragi Lasagne, Mushroom & Dhalia Raviolli, Green Bay fish with salsa etc.- -November 2017
